Supporting Toronto Climate Week’s inaugural communications
Rucha contributed on a volunteer basis to presentation and social design, communications production, reporting, and a focused search review as Toronto Climate Week prepared for its first public programme.
A new initiative needed repeatable communication
Toronto Climate Week was preparing to launch a city-wide climate initiative with speakers, partners, hosts, and audiences requiring different information at different times.
The communications challenge was not one campaign asset. It was creating materials that could remain recognisable and usable as the programme evolved.
Presentation and event design
The contribution included visual support for keynote, speaker, and partner presentations. The aim was to make different voices feel part of one event system without forcing every presentation into identical content.
Before publication, add a visual sequence showing three to five representative slides or templates and state exactly which items Rucha designed.
Social communications support
Assets were created for Instagram and LinkedIn to help communicate speakers, partners, events, and programme information. Reusable formats matter here because the volume and timing of an event programme can change quickly.
Do not write “greater consistency” by itself. Show the template family or state the number of repeatable formats once it can be verified.
Reporting as a decision tool
A reusable monthly reporting framework was created to connect channel performance with the next content decision. Its value is clearest when the framework itself is shown: what was measured, what question each measure answered, and how the team recorded the next action.
No adoption statement or reporting-cycle count has yet been verified. Add one if a team lead can confirm it.
Focused search and visibility review
The contribution also included a one-time review of SEO, AEO, GEO, analytics, and technical visibility. The review looked at how the initiative appeared in search, how key pages communicated their purpose, and where metadata, internal linking, page depth, or technical setup could improve discoverability.
This should be described as a review and recommendation set—not an ongoing search programme—unless the underlying scope says otherwise.

Event context, not agency attribution
Toronto Climate Week’s official channels confirm that the initiative launched with a three-day programme in October 2025. Its own recap later reported 105 events and more than 5,000 participants. Those figures describe the initiative and its whole network; they are not evidence that La Rouge caused the outcome.
If included at all, place them in an “About Toronto Climate Week” sidebar with the official source and the attribution boundary visible.
What this project demonstrates
This contribution shows Rucha supporting a fast-moving initiative across design, communication, measurement, and search.
